  • Do bathe daily whether youre on your cycle or not

  • Do drink lots of water

  • Do eat yogurt and other probiotics (they help good bacteria thrive)

  • Do wear cotton underwear

  • Do change your (pad, tampon, liner) at the proper allotted timed

  • Do see a doctor or talk to a trusted adult if something feels “off”

Dont’s

  • Don’t use scented products down there

  • Don’t wear tight pants/leggings for too long

  • Don’t sit in a wet swimsuit/dirty clothes

  • Don’t reuse (pad, tampon, liner)

  • Don’t ignore signs your body is giving you (odor, discharge, itching, burning, etc)
