Don’t use scented products down there
Don’t wear tight pants/leggings for too long
Don’t sit in a wet swimsuit/dirty clothes
Don’t reuse (pad, tampon, liner)
Don’t ignore signs your body is giving you (odor, discharge, itching, burning, etc)
